Lo6 Regulation Theory

Citizen- A subject of a demographic society that has the responsibility to uphold norms and to have the right to be protected by harm 

Consumer- A person that interacts with media products and buys media products 

Command and control- Is the idea that those who are in power such as the government are dictating what citizens can or cannot do 

Globalisation- Industry has expanded on a global scale 

Public sphere- places with no regulation in which you were free to speak. 

Commercialise- Public space was now monetized and now our information is being taken from us we are no longer free from regulation on the internet.
